Welcome to No Frills Ballroom Latin Swing!
We're going to assume that since you're looking at this website, you or someone you know is interested in learning ballroom or Latin dance -- A/K/A social, couples', or partnership dancing. We're also going to guess that you may have - or are planning to - check out other dance studios besides us. That's great! We like educated students!
If you're like most of our customers, you may be feeling a bit hesitant or wary about taking dance lessons. Relax, that's normal. The main goal of this website is to help you feel as comfortable as possible walking in for that first lesson, wherever you decide to take it.
First things first, if you're not the least bit concerned about anything and just want to jump to the chase, you can find all the bottom-line information (our Menu of Services) here.
For everyone else, think about the things you have questions about. They probably fall into one of two categories: concerns about you and your abilities; or concerns about the studios/teachers and their abilities. Or maybe a little of both. Who can blame you? It's not like you're grabbing your favorite toothpaste off the shelf at your regular store.
It Doesn't Have to Be Difficult
Let's see if we can help you help yourself. What is your biggest concern about taking dance lessons?
Is it that dance is a brand new thing for you? Or that you're wondering if you'll be the only newbie in a swirling mass of dance experts? If any of these ring true, check out our "New Student Guide."
Maybe of bigger concern to you is that all the studios you've looked into appear to be roughly the same, with every one of them saying their dance instruction is the best. (Hey, can you blame us for all thinking we're the best?) Or is it that amongst the studios, there's a confusing variety of enrollment packages to start off with? If any of that sounds familiar, please visit our "Studios Explained" page.
If neither of those pages help, there's a wealth of information in our FAQs. And if we have still managed to leave something unaddressed (entirely likely), by all means contact us with your specific question or concern. (Please don't make us type up an e-mail response just to reiterate an answer that's already covered on our website - give us a question with meat on it!)
